BXWA Exchange Instructions • Go to bxwa.com on internet. • Install ‘Fastbid Install’ in upper left corner of page by double clicking on Fastbid Logo (you only need to do this if you haven’t previously installed Fastbid before). • Return back to Main bxwa.com screen. • Click on ‘Posted Projects’. • Click on ‘General Contractors Project Areas’. • Click ‘I agree’. • Click on ‘Washington’. • Click on ‘Redhawk’. • Click on ‘Projects Bidding’ or ‘Projects Under Construction’ to find your project. ‘Select Projects’ is a password protected area for special projects and listings. To have access to this area, Redhawk will contact you. • Enter ‘redhawk’ as user name, and ‘talon’ as password (all lowercase). • Click on the specific project you are looking for. • Select ‘Plans’, ‘Specifications’ or other listings as required. • To review plan, select project sheet name shown above each drawing. New window will open with the plan you selected. You can enlarge the areas you want to look at and there are also measuring tools to figure square footages and to do counts of items on the drawings.
